MEET KERNITA HEARD

I was part of a conversation the other day where one of the persons in the group said, "women don't want to be defined as just a mother or a wife." My first thought was that I absolutely do, as it's an honor to experience life as both! I'm the proud mom of a daughter and two sons and wife to an amazing husband who believes in all of my dreams.

BUT, in addition to mom and wife, I am a small business owner. I started as a vendor at local markets in the Houston area, opened a brick & mortar in downtown Conroe, then moved to Waco, TX where I now run my website from.

Will I ever own a storefront again and what does the future hold for me? That's something both you and I will wait for God to reveal.
